1. Overview
xrv.network (“XRV,” “we,” or “our”) is an informational website. This policy explains the limited personal information the site handles, why we handle it, and the choices you have. It applies to xrv.network. Other XRV sites, such as claim.xrv.network, may handle additional information (for example, a wallet address you choose to connect).
2. Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we receive the name (optional), email address and message you enter.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical details for each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser type.
We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising trackers, and we do not create user accounts.
3. How we use it
- Contact form details are used only to read and reply to your message. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or rent your information.
- Server logs are used to keep the site running and secure (for example, to diagnose errors and block abuse).
4. Services that process information for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form messages to our inbox, so your message passes through their service.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our email inbox, where messages you send us are stored.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser downloads them from Google, which receives your IP address.
Each of these providers handles information under its own privacy policy. Links to Discord, X, Facebook and claim.xrv.network take you to services with their own policies as well.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact messages are kept in our inbox for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and keep business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
6. Your choices
Email info@xrv.network to ask what information we hold about you, or to have your messages deleted.
7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to server logs and our inbox is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
